Inside Consultancy have the pleasure in working with one of the largest Hi-Tech organisations in the world. Currently we are in search for a Senior Finance Manager / Assistant Financial Controller to join there already large finance team.

Role responsibilities;
• General accounting matters including timely accurate and well-controlled processing of financial transactions, internal and external audit, financial accounting etc.
• Analyse potential impact of current and proposed financial plans and work closely with the financial director, business unit managers. Conduct analyses of business performance.
• Ensure high standards of financial reporting (including month end, statutory accounting) in both UK and US GAAP. Tax reporting, SOX documentation, audit & compliance.
• Liaise with both internal and external auditors.
• Prepare management reports, budgets & cash-flow forecasts.
• Working closely with the management and sales teams to grow the business, identify non standard sales terms and conditions with the assistance of the US GAAP technical accounting experts.
• Revenue recognition including inventory accounting in line with US GAAP. (Revenue recognition – SOP 97-2)

Experience / Skills required;
• Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA or ACA
• Experience in US GAAP & SOX
• Revenue recognition experience
• Track record of staff management including training and development.
• Experience with Oracle
