The Role: The key responsibility of this role will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resource Department. This is a varied and fast paced role with involvement in various administrative tasks including producing reports, maintaining accurate and confidential records, data entry and collating information for absence records, CRB Disclosures and other such documentation. The Person: The successful candidate will be an excellent Administrator with administration experience gained within a demanding function. You will have: Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience of dealing with customers on a face to face and telephone basis Good typing ability Ability to handle multiple projects within time/budget restraints good attention to detail Ability to work in a busy environment Ability to create, design and process or manipulate numerical data/reports Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. networx is not a typical agency.
