COMPANY:
Our prestigious client provides highly desirable consumer electronics to the retail sector.

ROLE:
The successful candidate will be involved in business development and product/brand growth in target online retail markets as well as direction and matrix management of sales/support teams.

This role will be managing expectations of existing accounts plus tapping into potential growth areas that haven’t been explored previously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Utilise and plan investment to maximise sales with allocated customer and ensure effective return on investment.
b) Ensure effective communication and feedback between our client and the key account ensuring that all business issues, initiatives and promotions are supported and monitored.
c) Take ownership of product pre-disclosure and following account activity planning develop/implement strategies for securing a great share of the key account sales with the range of products.
d) Responsible for the matrix management of Retail Consultants ensuring account contact to the correct levels including evaluation of productivity, effectiveness and competency awareness.
e) Plan and achieve a sales budget set by the Channel Director.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) You MUST have strong online retail channel sales experience in FMCG to be shortlisted for this vacancy.
b) A good track record of business development and generating new customers.
c) Experience managing a team (either direct or indirect).
d) Experience of managing investment funds and Service Level Agreements with customers.
e) Full UK driving licence along with the flexibility to travel throughout the UK and to Europe on a regular basis.
