Sales Team Leader / Team Manager / Call Centre Team Leader
You will be managing a vibrant and successful telesales / customer services call centre team that is achieving excellent results and at the moment making the most amount of profit. You will manage a team of 10 -15 call centre sales people that are targeted sell their clients services over the phone to current and new customers. You will perform 1-2-1's, set targets, motivate the team, be involved in the recruitment and train all staff and make sure everyone is performing to the best of there ability.

The Sales Team Leader / Team Manager / Call Centre Team Leader will have experience in managing a telesales, customer services, telemarketing team call centre team where you have a track record in achieving results. You will have managed call centre team of more than 10 sales people who are use to working towards targets. You will have worked producing reports, interviewing, hiring and firing and making sure each call centre operative is maximising their potential.
