The role is predominantly office based and will involve providing telephone and remote support to their clients', calling in with technical queries about the product. You will also provide support for Windows mobile software on PDA's. The successful candidates will have at least 12 months experience in ERP / Accounting Software applications support and will have worked with solutions such as Ibcos, Kerridge, Sage 200, Pegasus Opera, Iris Exchequer, Access Accounts, SAP Business One, DCS, Dynamics GP, Scala, Coda, Dynamics NAV, PS Financials, OpenAccounts or similar. You should have great communication skills, the ability to fit in well with a lively team, and a love of customer service! An accounting background or accounting qualifications would be useful.
