To lead, through structured methods, major programmes of change across the business, incorporating multiple projects with consistent objectives and dependencies. Formal project/programme management experience covering full project lifecycle and critical task management methodology (Prince2 / MSP).

You will lead other project and programme management resource, and all business resources to deliver business solutions to agreed scope within the agreed budgetary and time constraints. Also manage third party and internal resources to align all delivery capability required for the successful business deployment of change

You will have direct reports of up to 5 or 6 project management resources, both directly line managing and matrix managing across the business. You will have close working relationships with Executive / Board members with regards to strategic initiatives. Budgetary responsibility for team and transformation programmes, up to c. 5m (capital/revenue) at any one time

You skill set will include strong analytical, interpersonal presentation skills & good coaching skills. They are looking for someone with a tenacious, flexible approach to the working environment.
