Due to an internal promotion our client needs a Project manager to work across operations team projects and to provide project management advice/support across the whole of the UK business.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for reinforcing and promoting in the business the agreed project management methodology
- Liaising with the Operations Project Manager for scheduling, resource allocation, communication and delivery of all commercial projects.
- Responsible for delivering weekly project reporting on overall programme progress, individual project status, resource availability and project budgets for all video projects
- Liaises with Operations Project Manager and Product Marketing to help produce post-delivery project reviews to ensure ROI assessment is being completed effectively, and feeding project learnings back to the various business units
- Work closely with the sales, product marketing, editorial, ad operations and operations teams, and clients to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects to budget.

Person Spec:
- Exposure to project management methods and ideally experienced in managing commercial clients.
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
- Skilled in MS Project and preferably experience of MS Project Server
- Experience with project budgeting and control
- Good customer facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Ability to deliver projects with tight deadlines
- Ability to juggle projects and resources with changing requirements and priorities
- Ability to deliver projects on time and to budget
- Ability to help customers and operations team prioritise projects
- Ability to implement defined processes and ensure project teams and customers adhere to these
- Ability to work effectively with senior management
- Project management experience around web development projects desirable
