They are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual who has the ability to grow and develop with the business, excellent long term career prospects for the right candidate.

Position: Sales Executive / Sales Office Manager
Location: South Worcestershire
Salary: 20,000-25,000 Basic, OTE 25,000-35,000

ROLE:
The position is predominantly office based with field sales where occasionally necessary also some attendance of exhibitions and possibly overseas sales.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
a) Proven ability to close & negotiate sales B2B.
b) Proven Ability to think and plan strategically to achieve the best sales results without wasting time.
c) Proven ability to manage a small sales team effectively.
d) Telesales Experience
e) Working to target and budget.
f) Proven ability to understand and sell a technical product/process.
g) Experienced in dealing with potential and existing customers at all levels.
h) Experience of relevant Microsoft software.
i) Proven ability to work autonomously.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Some experience of selling outside the UK.
b) Experience of selling to specifier markets.
c) Languages would be useful.
