The Role:
Working underneath an area manager on a number of school catering contracts
Helping bring sites up to standard by identifying issues and bringing in solutions
Managing financial aspects
Develop the team, service and managing the client relationship

The Person:
Ideally will have education experience
Craft experience is a must
Strong financial skills are needed
Be a people person, strong man manager and be able to develop the catering team
Pay attention to detail and, think on your feet and bring in ideas
