RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Sales and Commercial Focus – Maximising sales, opportunities and performance. b) Stock Management – Managing stock file to minimise cost. c) People – Leading and motivating team to achieve company standards. Human Resource Management- Supporting and managing all personnel issues in line with company policy. d) Merchandising – Accountable for delivering excellent visual standards. e) Customer Service – Responsible for leading the team to deliver excellent customer service. f) Environment, Health & Safety – Overall store responsibility for ensuring H&S standards are adhered to. g) Security – Preventing company property loss, theft or abuse. KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: a) Fashion and/or value retail management experience with full accountability for sales and costs. b) Previous leadership experience in managing a large team with ability to motivate, inspire and develop others. c) Highly commercial with the insight and astuteness required to identify and exploit opportunities. d) Highly results focused with the ability to understand and work towards objectives and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability for resolving issues. e) Exceptional levels of personal integrity and trustworthiness. In addition, you must be able to: a) Must be able/willing to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as required. b) Must be able/willing to work early mornings and late evenings as required. c) Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK.
