Looking for a lead SharePoint / MOSS 2007 developer with a background in ASP.net development to head up and lead a rapidly expanding development team and be a key figure for SharePoint 2010 across the public sector in an AGILE environment.

My client are leading the way for Sharepoint 2010 for specific Public sector developments and due to their knowledge in this area are looking to expand a team from 24 at present to over 40 within 12 months. As such they need key Senior Sharepoint developers who have a greater slant on the back end elements of MOSS projects and have developed content types, event receivers, web controls, lists, libraries, website & application objects with records management.

You will be expected to lead, develop, mentor and grow a future SharePoint team and so any experience in these areas would be a major bonus.
