Main Tasks
Perform manual electrical integration on payloads using test equipment such as power meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, network analysers, signal generators. Be proficient in the use of these instruments in manual modes of operation (including calibration of equipments such as power meters, network analysers etc).
Run automated test sequences using a Payload Test System (PTS) to perform RF performance tests in accordance with issued test procedures.

Check performance of spacecraft equipment against parameters detailed in test procedures and review test results for non-compliances.
Identify non conformances and write Occurrence Reports.
Complete build records to comply with company PA standards.

Scope of activities
1.Responsible to the AIT Test Manager.
2. Work hours could include shift patterns such as 4 days on, 4 days off, early shift 06.00 - 14.00, late shift 14.00 - 22.00 or night shift 22.00 - 06.00. Candidates may also be required to work weekends so need to be fully flexible.
3.Working as a member of a project AIT team with electrical and mechanical specialists whose objective is to assemble and test spacecraft payload systems and instruments.
4.Candidate must be prepared to travel if required within Europe for up to several weeks dependant on project needs.
