| Our client, based in the Trafford / Carrington area is looking to appoint an Accounts Team Manager. The successful candidate will be able to: - Deal with complex queries Take control in a crisis and calmly and methodically solve any issues which arise Motivate the team and hold weekly buzz sessions as well as preparing and delivering 1-2-1x0092;s with the accounts team Communicate at all levels in a calm and concise manner and make decisions as and when required Ensure that the manager of the department is kept up to date on any issues within the department and seek their support as and when required Ensure that all bank statement figures are reconciled and transferred to the x0091;Client Bank Daily Summaryx0092;, x0091;Client Bank Weekly Summaryx0092; and the x0091;Commission Tracker Sheetx0092; Liaise with the bank by phone on any queries arising from the day to day processing At the calendar month end and sales month end, ensure all relevant departments are kept up to date on progress and ensure all month end reports are run and the period closed prior to moving on to the next processing period Monitor and document staff holidays, sickness, lateness etc Additionally you will be able to demonstrate skills and experience in managing, coaching and report writing and completing staff 1-2-1's, a significant amount of accounts expeirence and a willingness to develop your own knowledge base to include learning new systems and procedures.
