This company is a real success story in their niche market; they manufacture and sell a unique product used worldwide in the video gaming market; they are highly profitable and have seen a rise in their profit margin with the introduction of individual dashboard applications that provide up-to-date business intelligence throughout the company and drive decision making. These dashboards provide user friendly interfaces that present information about work loads, schedules and performance and enable people to increase their productivity and profitability. The company are investing heavily in further development of dashboards, which will need continual improvement. They use Tableau software (running on Sage 200) to graphically analyse data to produce beautiful charts, graphs, dashboards and reports. They are looking for a bright articulate Business Analyst with the following skills: * Knowledge of SQL Server essential * An understanding of accounting * Previous knowledge of BI (Business Intelligence) and Reporting * Lively, intuitive and enquiring mind * Able to identify each individuals needs * Real business understanding of the SME sector and gross profit and KPI's * Good degree, ideally in a business subject * Previous knowledge of dashboard's would be useful This will be a key role in the on going development of high impact user friendly dashboards which will maximise the company's profitability and growth.
