* Knowledge of SQL Server essential
* An understanding of accounting
* Previous knowledge of BI (Business Intelligence) and Reporting
* Lively, intuitive and enquiring mind
* Able to identify each individuals needs
* Real business understanding of the SME sector and gross profit and KPI's
* Good degree, ideally in a business subject
* Previous knowledge of dashboard's would be useful
