| This role will be focused on delivering changes to the total Reward framework across the business. You will also take the lead on reporting, analysing and providing advice to the Senior HR Leadership team and the executive team. You will get involved in projects on job evaluation, pay scales and grading, flexible benefits, bonus and incentive schemes. You will be an experienced Reward professional with extensive experience and a proven track record of delivery in this area. You will have ideally come from a large complex business environment and have significant change management experience. Our client is a leading business based in the Midlands, with an excellent reputation for Human Resources. They have a significant period of change happening at the moment and are looking for an interim Reward Consultant to complete some project work for them.Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based HR experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered. |
