| Working with the Senior HR Business Partners, this role plays a core role in delivering a complete HR service which enables business areas to meet or exceed their objectives and to partner the business management teams to ensure that the people agenda is met. You will promote best practice approaches to operational and strategic issues including recruitment, retention, attendance, talent and performance management, disciplinary, employment law issues, employee well being and learning and development. You will be a generalist with strong employee relations skills, with the ability to effectively resolve grievance, disciplinary, appeals and potential employment tribunal cases within your business area. You will posses strong project management and delivery experience, excellent team working skills with the ability to quickly build effective working relationships. You will have good influencing skills with the ability to ask the probing questions to get to the heart of the issue and ability to provide creative solutions.
