| Assistant Purchase Ledger Supervisor required to process purchase ledger transactions, maintain accurate records and reconciliation of supplier accounts. You will be opening and maintaining accounts for creditors, allocation of adjustments and journals, checking of PO's to supplier invoices and ensuring relevant coding is completed. Other duties include foreign payments, monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts and assisting in the preparation of accruals. You will have purchase ledger experience and any supervisory experience would be beneficial. You will have an understanding of double entry book-keeping and operation of ledgers and the ability to communicate with members, suppliers and customers.
