Due to their launch in the UK they now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager to cover London and beyond.

As a Business Development Manager your time will be split between generating new business revenue streams and up-selling/cross-selling our client's portfolio of solutions into existing global accounts. You will hold responsibility for the development and implementation of a solution sales plan, be required to meet and exceed an assigned quota for sales of products and services within the UK and develop and implement a UK channel sales plan.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree standard and posses a minimum of 5 years sales experience gained selling software solutions into UK based corporate accounts. You will be consultative and professional in your approach, with high levels of motivation and first class communication and presentation skills. You will be hungry, committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company where the earning potential is truly unlimited. This role requires you to work well in a team driven environment as well as autonomously. It would also be advantageous to have prior knowledge of Recruitment Software solutions and/or the Human Resource sector.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 50-70k with an uncapped OTE of 100-125k plus additional and generous benefits.
