Our Berkshire based client is a leading provider of software solutions to both the public and private sectors. Available solutions including CRM applications, accounting and legal solutions and specialist business software tailored to meet individual and specific needs. Due to the continued growth of their accounting software solutions and their ongoing commitment to the customer experience, they now have an immediate opening for an Internal Account Manager.

As an Internal Account Manager you will proactively contact existing accounts to generate revenue opportunities for our client's training solutions. More specifically, you will work with existing users of our client's accounting software solutions, where you will up-sell and cross-sell training solutions designed to advance the customer experience. This is an exciting role that comes with product training and solid career progression.

The ideal Candidate will be educated to degree level and possess a minimum of 18-24 months business to business sales/account management experience gained in an internal capacity. It would be advantageous to have worked within the software or a technology sector but not a prerequisite as training will be provided. Candidates must be results-driven with ability to influence and project a positive, professional attitude. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate with clients through all available mediums and have a proven ability to strategically manage existing accounts.

The successful candidate can expect a starting base salary of 20-22k with an uncapped OTE of 30k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
