Head of MIS seeks professional BI Analyst to join his team providing reporting and business intelligence solutions to all areas of the business. This includes static reporting, digital dashboards and data cubes for analysis.

You will have a good technical understanding of database systems and will ideally have an application support or a technical project management background. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident explaining your ideas and proposing solutions.

To be considered for this role you will need have competent development capability using core Microsoft technologies including SQL Server and ASP.NET. Good statistical knowledge, SQL Server 2000/2005 and SSAS/SSRS skills. You will also need to be familiar with Microsoft Business Intelligence Concepts, data mining and DW concepts.

If you are analytical and only possess some of the required skills there may be an opportunity to come in at slightly junior level, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate and learn quickly.
