The Senior Commissioning Analyst will be responsible for statutory returns to the Department of Health and the Strategic Health Authorities. The Senior Commissioning Analyst will be working with Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and GP Practice data and producing ad-hoc reports to senior management. The Senior Commissioning Analyst will be dealing with Demand and Capacity Planning and producing Service Level Agreement (SLA) plans at activity level for Primary Care Trusts.

The successful candidate must have NHS experience, preferably within a Primary Care Trust. Excellent Excel, VBA and Access skills are essential. The Senior Commissioning Analyst role requires knowledge of PBR, PBC and SUS data.
The Senior Commissioning Analyst will have good written and communication skills.
