They now have an exciting opening for a Product/Sales Specialist for Spinal Solutions to be based in Newbury, Berkshire.

As a Product/Sales Specialist focused on Spinal Solutions you will manage a large product portfolio both strategically and tactically. You will manage the product life cycle from product launches through to phase-outs and develop, execute and manage sales support programs, marketing communications and business analysis tools to assist in revenue growth. You will plan, implement and control innovative programs designed to increase market penetration and profitability for all spine related products/services. Applications are invited from degree educated candidates who posses a minimum of 2-3 years medical sales or medical marketing experience along with a proven record of product management. It would be advantageous to have prior experience in spine/orthopedic products although technical training will be available. You will posses a hands-on approach and consider yourself to be a dynamic professional with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 40-50k with an uncapped OTE of 60-70k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
