Due to continued growth within their business they have an exciting opening for a polished Recruitment Professional with industry experience.

As an experienced recruiter you will work within the Finance or Project Management markets, where your key responsibility will be the development of a client portfolio; this will be achieved through the acquisition of new business and the account management of some existing and previous clients. Alongside client management you will follow through on all candidate application procedures from interviewing through to placement in this full 360 recruitment role.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a graduate with a minimum of 18 months recruitment experience gained within a professional recruitment sector (IT, Finance, Legal etc). It is important that you posses first class communication and presentation skills, a polished approach and the ability to liaise and influence at all levels of business. You will possess business acumen, the ability to understand project management/interim roles and the drive to build a successful partnership within some of the UK's leading organisations.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 25-30k with an uncapped OTE of 50-60k in the first year plus additional incentives, perks and prospects.
