Account Director (BPO Solutions) - Telecoms/Technology Sales London 70-80k Base, 90-100k OTE + Benefits Our client is a leading provider of BPO Solutions. Due to their ongoing commitment to key accounts, our client now has openings for an Account Director to be based in London. As a UK based Account Director you will take the lead on two key strategic accounts that sit within the telecoms/technology sector. This role requires the individual to lead the overall management of client relationships, the day to day governance and engagement of senior management relationships, key commercial and contractual discussions and ongoing client growth. Whilst the role does not offer P&L ownership at present, as a vertically structured business, as Account Director you will work closely with operational colleagues globally and will be expected to provide insight from the client organisations to shape the approach, responses and investment strategies during this ongoing engagement. Applications are invited from those candidates who posses a minimum of 6-7 years relationship / account management and/or sales experience, selling complex solutions into large FTSE 250 organisations. It would be advantageous to also have 5+ years experience of managing commercial relationships with large account clients. Knowledge of the mobile Telco or technology sector would also be advantageous. You will be confident and credible at managing high value solutions and posses the ability to communicate at the highest level. This is a senior role waiting for someone who can step in, make a difference and lead by example. The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 70-80k with an OTE of 90-100k plus additional benefits.
