EEE Procurement Engineer

Description : EEE Procurement Engineer, initial 3 months contract based Portsmouth rate to 18per hour
Essential: EEE Components or Quality Assurance or Design training to engineer level.
Flexibility, Proactive behaviour, Self-motivation.
Availability to travel to other sites/suppliers/subcontractors when required, sometimes at short notice.
Good level of computer skills.
MUST HAVE Essential: EEE Components EXPERIENCEx2026;. Previous experience of electrical/electronic engineering, or Quality Engineering that also covered EEE components. preferably in space or other related hi-reliability applications, and over a broad range of part types.
Outline Job Profile
Support the EEE Procurement Operations Manager to implement improved EEE (electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical) Procurement concept and customer support structures:
development of improved processes, procedures, tools, reports, x2026;
Perform procurement engineering support tasks for the EEE Component Procurement group:
Support EEE component selection, definition, specification, approval, problem management, x2026;
