Essential Training Requirements:
Engineering graduate with at least a good second class degree, or equivalent.
At least five years industrial experience, with at least three years as a network systems engineer.
Detailed technical knowledge, and first hand experience of, at least four of the following: MM-Wave & RF/Antennas/Propagation;
RF Systems;
IF/ADC/DAC up to and including MAC Layer & DSP;
Wired Data Networks from Hardware/Systems;
Crypto/Security; Packet switched Networking; Circuit switched Voice Networks & VoIP;
Power systems including a safety and EMC perspective; Mechanical & Thermal Systems;
Embedded & Real time Software with hardware high-speed digital awareness;
Distributed Network Management, Databases & Billing;
Network configuration control and network health/optimization;
Training Requirements:
