Overall Purpose

The Avionics Systems Technical Project Managers (TPM) primary responsibility is to lead the development teams efforts in order to deliver the required avionics system against its specification within the cost, schedule and level of quality required. The engineering teams and development work will be composed of system, hardware and software engineers.

Scope of work for the TPM ranges from technical proposals/bids to final qualification/validation.

The Avionics System TPM will contribute to the business development efforts of the client offerings within this domain.

Key Accountabilities
1/ Develop and execute project plan x2026;.Create and execute multidiscipline development plan.
2/ Provide technical direction and guidance to teamx2026;x2026; Organize the team (resources, task allocation, priority management, technical decision) to ensure achievement of the goals.
3/ Monitor project funding and financial performance x2026;. Development shall be done within allocated/agreed budget.
