Position: Corporate Security Officer Location: Canary Wharf, London Salary: Starting at 9.00 per hour initially for a 3 week period and then 10.20 per hour thereafter. Benefits: Uniform provided, Pension, Health Care Scheme Hours: shift patterns working a four on four off rolling roster with the opportunity for overtime. ROLE: You will ensure the safety and security of people, premises and property. Working days, nights and weekends as required, the post holder will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day security requirements of an incredibly prestigious Canary Wharf site, maintaining a good corporate image and high standards of professionalism. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE a) Have at least 2 years experience working on corporate sites in the security industry. b) SIA licence required (Door Supervision or Security Guarding). c) Reliable with excellent time-management skills. d) Smart, well groomed and confident. e) Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. f) A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential. g) Able to be vetted back 5 years or since leaving compulsory education.
