RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Identify new sales opportunities via definition of market segment and/or geographical territory. b) Generate new business via lead generation, cold calling and ultimately signing up new clients whilst ensuring everything is conducted in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation. c) Grow revenue in line with and exceeding annual Gross Trading Revenue targets. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) Track record of achievement of targets in a B2B sales environment, preferably Financial Services with in-depth knowledge of the markets and products b) Continuous development in sales training c) Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills d) Excellent influencing and presentation skills e) Commercially and financially knowledgeable f) First class sales presentation, negotiation, cold calling and closing skills DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange and systems. b) Able to recognise opportunities to i |
