As the assistant care manager you will be responsible for assisting in the running of the care home along with the Home Manager. As the Assistant Care Manager your main responsibilities will include:

? Creating care plans
? Performing initial and risk assessments
? Monitoring the level of service being carried out by the 6 staff members
? Acting as Home Manager in the Home Managers absence
? Developing and maintaining relationships with internal colleagues, external agencies, clients, carers and their families
? Assisting in writing staff rotas in line with government outlined levels

In order to apply for this position you must hold a current enhanced CRB check and have experience in working within a residential setting.
