A full service Council, in one of the most affluent districts in London, is looking to recruit a Social Worker to join their Adult Mental Health Team.
Job Title: Qualified Social Worker
Duties Include:
? Managing a large and diverse case load
? Negotiating with service users, families and budget holders to enable needs to be positively met within available resources
? Working in partnership with other professionals and agencies to undertake a holistic assessment of vulnerable adults
? Undertaking risk assessments of service users and develop risk management strategiesThe successful candidate will hold a recognised Social Work qualification, be GSCC registered and have experience working in community mental health. Both safeguarding adults and risk assessments are crucial for this role.
