What you need to apply:
- JD- admitted to practice before courts of the State of California
- 3+ years Labor/Employment law experience including practical experience with all of the administrative agencies and courts that regulate the employment environment in both the private and public sectors.
- Experience working with companies in different industries both private and non-profit, and government agencies
- Working knowledge of: California and Federal Wage/hour, traditional Labor, Discrimination law, Sexual harassment, Wrongful termination, EEOC complaints, and other areas of law concerning employment
- Strong law and motion research and writing skills
- Strong Deposition and Discovery experience
