To qualify for interview candidates must be experienced Embedded software engineers (with current hands on skills), C programming expertise, a history with device drivers and additional expertise in at least one of the following:
Embedded Linux (eg drivers, X11, Android)
Windows expert (drivers, Kernel, DirectX, Vista)
Graphics OpenGL, OpenGL ES

Previous team leading experience isn't essential but you will have taken the lead technical role in previous projects.
