They are opening new units in London and we want you!! The right driven and quality focused manager is needed to take on a new opening and to help take the business to the next level. The deputy manager's role will require operational experience in table service / all day dining, recognising the skills required for efficient customer service and managing kitchen production. Managers will be responsible for building and developing take away sales and therefore experience in quality food & beverage retail with a passion for high quality products would be preferred. Deputy Managers must have full financial awareness with responsibilities for journal reconciliation, banking and P&L. Managers are also responsible for purchasing from approved suppliers and international branch supplies, organising staff rotas and controlling labour costs, basic knowledge of staff disciplinary procedures with essential levels for Basic Food Hygiene & Health & Safety required The perfect Deputy Manager should be flexible, "hands on" and will require good people communication skills with personality able to build good team spirit, motivate and develop as well as recruit team members and have confidence as well as good customer service awareness.
