What you will need for this position:
- 7 years of law firm experience
- Juris Doctor
- Bar Membership
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions
- Exposure to venture financing/capital and securities laws
- Must bring $500K of portable business
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing skills
- Existing practices

What you will be doing:
- The firm has a broad-based practice, which consists of approximately ½ transactional and ½ litigation work.
