What you will be doing:
- Work will involve Antitrust, billing compliance, contract preparation and negotiation, acquisition of sales of practices, biotech, employment issues, corporate and partnership matters, HIPPA compliance to name a few areas

What you need:
- 5+ years of solid experience as a transactional health law attorney
- NY licensed attorney in good standing
