| One of our leading clients, a highly successful company in the Retail sector is recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to drive forward key changes to the IT infrastructure with a strong focus on E-Commerce. This is a very important role, as E-Commerce Delivery Manager the key support responsibilities will include: 1.Establishment and documentation of working practices including escalation routes and daily reporting 2.Supplier management including regular service level review meetings 3.Fully supporting our 2 web sites, call centre, central team, all applications and hardware underpinning these 4.Managing third parties against their SLAs 5.Management of the Support Advisor including appraisals, salary reviews, performance management and training and recruitment 6.Setting and managing the annual IT budget 7.Continually reviewing site performance, setting expected future site load and working with our key suppliers to ensure that site availability and response will be maintained 8.Support and maintenance of the call centre telephony ACD system 9.Arranging regular hardware health checks and liaising with the IT Service team to acquire new hardware or fix existing as appropriate 10.Developing a method of working with the IT Service team to ensure that you are fully up to date with their activities, road map and visa versa 11.Contract re-negotiations as due As Change Manager the key development responsibilities will include: 1.Working with our PM to deliver change at a fast pace - this will include both integration work, functionality change, the acquisition and implementation of new applications 2.Managing third party relationships during periods of change to ensure that relationships are maintained and costs controlled 3.Recruiting addition specialised IT or support resource as needed to support implementations As Service Delivery Manager the key skills and experience required are: 1.Experience of working within a retail organisation - ideally within an eCommerce team or IT service team supporting e commerce 2.Strong Project Management skills - 'Prince 2' qualified and a proven track record of working on projects in the capacity of either 'Work Stream Leader' or 'Business Process Owner' 3.ITIL qualified / knowledge 4.Experience of managing a number of third party suppliers 5.Knowledge of PCI and 3D Secure requirements 6.Experience of integration work - ideally with SAP but not essential 7.Experience of managing hosted environments 8.Windows Networking The E-commerce Delivery Manager will need to be able to demonstrate: *Strong leadership skills *Strong commercial awareness and application within their role *A desire to progress and grow with our business *Self management *High levels of motivation *High attention to detail *Stability under pressure Please send your CV to #-# to be considered for this fantastic opportunity. |
