The successful applicant will develop, recruit, train and manage a team of telemarketing executive's. You will lead by example by displaying gold standard working standards and delivering to your own targets. The team will set appointments for the field sales managers and it is your responsibility to ensure all diary's are full and KPI's are achieved.

To apply for this position you should have a proven track record of success in a similar position. You will have managed a team of telesales people to deliver on all targets and set KPI's. You will have day to day responsibility for the performance of the team as well as hitting your own sales targets.
