The successful candidate will currently be managing a team of people in a similar fast paced fashion & homewares retailer. You will also have been accountable for a branch turning over at least half a million pounds in annual sales. Exposure to this high volume of retail and the experience of managing & merchandising the right product groups in a high pressure environment is essential.

In return, assistant managers are given lots of freedom and are trusted to make the right decisions for their store.
