A leading and award winning financial Management organisation based in Salford Quays are recruiting for experienced Customer Services Advisors to join their client services as Financial Customer Service Advisors. My Client have been established for over 20 years, and are specialist in debt management products including, Debt Consolidation programs, IVA's, managed bank accounts to customers on the sub prime lending market.

They are currently recruiting for the banking department and you will be responsible for dealing with all inbound calls from clients and resolving their queries efficiently and professionally. Proactively building and maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring corrective action is taken for every account in portfolio with an overdrawn balance each day and remedial action is taken to save it happening again.

Suitable candidates will have proven communication skills, both written and verbal, preferably within a financial customer service role. Proven Customer service skills with a drive to achieve company targets with previous experience is a must. Applicants must have a confident telephone manner and the ability to proactively build client relationships. As well as being able to work on their own initiative, work to deadlines and manage a heavy workload.

Salary 14,000 OTE 18,000
Shift run between 7am - 9pm
And 1 in 4 Saturday 9am-1pm
