You will be joining the Solutions centre, as a Customer Service Advisor, where you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers to the business. As part of your role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all calls are answered and dealt within a professional manner, ensuring daily targets are met. Ensuring the calls are dealt with effectively and efficiently on behalf of the company and qualify 12 potential clients to sales team. You must ensure all information collated is accurate.

Applicant must have Customer service or sales experience within an office or call centre environment. You must be confident and outgoing, target driven and money motivated and has an interest in developing a career within the Financial Management industry.
