They are looking for a proactive Customer Telephone Executive to join a small, recently created, team based at their Dagenham East Head Office. It is Monday – Friday work with standard 8.30am – 5.00pm hours. The work is focussed around specific products and, although you will be taking and dealing with some inbound calls, the primary purpose of your role will be making outbound calls to identified existing customer accounts. The objective is to promote and sell specific product ranges. You will be using leading-edge customer relationship management software, (salesforce), to record, measure and analyse your calls and any resulting sales achievements. Although there is a baseline script for guidance, you will be expected to use your well-developed communication skills and initiative in order to have a meaningful conversation with the customer that will enable you to grow sales. This will include a degree of price negotiation. Within the last 12 months, you must have had at least 6 months telephone sales experience and this must have been for consumable products (not services). They are looking for people with a clear telephone voice who are confident, motivated, friendly and able to develop genuine rapport with our customers. Microsoft skills are also a requirement. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive telephone sales person who wants to be at the forefront of developing this key area for new sales growth.
