You will work as part of a team of professional Collection Advisors to contact existing Customers who have a Debt Management Agreement to collect outstanding payments, set up and negotiate payment plans, complete account reviews and provide a professional service to resolve customer's enquiries.

This is a targeted environment, which can be reflected in the monthly bonus structure, where you can earn up to 900 per month on top of your wage. Applicants must have gained previous experience within telephone based collections, ideally from the financial industry, however this is not essential.

Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and have a high level of resilience. You must be able to demonstrate working as part of a team and work collectively to ensure the business and customers needs are met. Previous experience working within a Debt Collections, debt recovery role in the industry is essential.
