| Sales Administrator / Sales Support, circa 22k Our client is a well established and growing Telecoms business that due to continued growth and expectations is looking to strengthen the existing sales administration team with the addition of a new recruit. Position: Sales Administrator / Sales Support Location: Guildford, Surrey Salary: circa 22K Benefits: to include PMI, 24 day's Holiday, Group Pension scheme, Death in Service, Training ROLE: The purpose of the role is to assist with the ongoing development of sales revenues across both new business and existing clients. This is an office and telephone based sales position, working closely with the field sales team, marketing team, projects team and customer services team. The role will be sales support administration for the first few years and will then have the potential to develop into more of a client management role as long as that is the direction the successful candidate wishes to take. RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Support and assist the designated account managers (salespeople). b) Provide customers and prospects with an additional point of communication in addition to the designated account managers. c) Helping with the creation and despatch of customer facing documentation, reports and proposals. d) Assisting with processing orders. e) Acting as the interface between sales people, suppliers, internal staff and customers. f) Booking meetings with customers and helping to manage the sales people’s diaries. g) Undertaking follow up calls with a designated list of customers. h) Maintaining correct information in the companies CRM system. i) Generating sales reports for the weekly meetings and providing the Sales Director with sales statistics. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) Experience in sales team administration with knowledge and understanding of working in a team and on an individual bases b) A track record and understanding of working with business partners and customers. c) Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner. d) Have an excellent work ethic be fully motivated and able to multi task. e) Have excellent written and verbal skills, be diligent, attention to detail a must. f) Must have excellent IT skills; be proficient in all Microsoft packages, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel. DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE a) A degree or HND level qualification in a business subject would be ideal b) Experience within the IT or Telecoms industry.
