Lettings Negotiator

Our client is a large independent based in Edgeware. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
You will be required to:
* Maintain the level of service and quality standards set out
* Handle all rental enquiries promptly with courtesy and efficiency.
* Perform viewings to secure qualified applicants and accurately input references.
* Qualify and match tenants to properties and organise viewings while managing the diary effectively.
* Up-date and feedback to landlords and colleagues regarding properties visited.
* Negotiate and document any special terms stipulated by the landlords and tenants.

Skills Required

Skills you will need are:
* Good PC skills, able to produce accurate, well presented work.
* Strong personal organisation, high productivity and efficiency
* Out going personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-starting, able to work on own initiative within guidelines
* Full-Clean driving licence

All applicants must have experience of working as a Lettings Negotiator

Hours of work

Mon - Fri 8.30 - 6 pm
Sat 9 - 5

Benefits

Salary 12,000 plus 150.00 per month car allowance
Plus 15% commission on all lets and relets.
Realistic ote 24,000
