They are now looking to recruit talented Heads of Local Business/Area Sales Manager to join them. For this role our client is looking for an outstanding Head of Local Business/Area Sales Manager with a strong sales background and proven success, to lead and develop a local team of Business Executives to achieve sales targets through local market penetration. As the Head of Local Business/Area Sales Manager your role will involve running and developing a new team, co-ordinating local marketing campaigns and taking day to day responsibility for the local business centre. A comprehensive 4 week training course on the company's processes will be provided upon joining. To succeed as the Head of Local Business/Area Sales Manager you must have previous B2B sales experience and a successful track record of managing a team. You will also need to be active in your local business community and show natural leadership characteristics. This role will require self motivation, ambition and a committed approach to structured business. Although not essential, knowledge of the office furniture industry would be desirable, as would previous experience of building up a team. The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package that will comprise of a good basic salary and commission, a company car and a flexible benefits package including pension and healthcare.
