The Subcontracts Category Specialist will be required to lead "hands on" strategic supplier negotiations within the building management, energy, networks, refrigeration systems and fire & security categories. Applicants must have a technical/engineering background, be well accustomed to sourcing and managing subcontractors, be strong negotiator, and be able to clearly demonstrate their achievements in cost savings. Procurement experience within one of the aforementioned categories is essential. Candidates educated to degree level would also be highly desirable.
