You will work within CSG Planning and Compliance Team to assist in the management of the significant joint venture relationships that underpin all Eastern Queensland and New South Wales based activity.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Planning, monitoring and reporting joint venture activity in compliance with operating agreements.
Support internal Santos teams involved with joint operations/activity to ensure compliance with operating agreements.
Scheduling and coordinating joint venture technical and management meetings and workshops: preparing and sending notices and agendas, compiling information packs, distributing minutes and notes.
Maintaining joint venture information and files.
Contribute to work supporting drafting or amending joint venture and farm-in agreements.
Support the development and maintenance of joint venture information portals and providing support to joint venture parties on their the use.
Distribute copies of all permit correspondence to the joint venture parties. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a Joint Venture Coordinator role or will have worked in an accounting/commercial/legal role with exposure to joint venture agreements/contracts. An understanding of the upstream oil and gas industry will be highly regarded.
