Using your strong industry knowledge, you will drive the implementation of Process Safety Management standards and processes, and deliver PSM stewardship and improvement programs for the operating assets and functional support teams. You will coordinate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) programs and other risk assessment and risk reduction processes as appropriate across our operating assets. In addition, you will build long-term, sustainable organisational capability in PSM, through the development of personnel and systems, to support all of our operating assets.

Highly motivated, with strong communication and influencing skills, you will bring to the company a solid understanding of the industry and experience in an engineering based safety environment. You will be committed to working with all levels of personnel to enhance understanding, appreciation and management of Process Safety.
You will have proven experience as a process safety professional, ideally within the oil and gas industry. Demonstrable experience with process engineering related activities is required. A degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent is essential.
