We are currently looking for a Cultural Heritage Support Officer to provide administrative and logistical support during the establishment, implementation and ongoing management of Cultural Heritage Management Plans and Agreements. This fast paced and challenging role can be based in either Brisbane or Adelaide. Duties include but are not limited to: Plan, coordinate and where required, provide in-field management of cultural heritage clearances in accordance with project demands. Liaise with external contractors and stakeholders in the facilitation of cultural heritage clearances Liaise with traditional owner coordinators including issue resolution throughout the clearance process Maintain the cultural heritage approvals database and implement processes pertaining to approvals and internal/external compliance Provide reporting and correspondence to relevant project management team and other internal and external stakeholders. Occasional processing of invoices The ideal candidate will have exposure to dealing with the Cultural Heritage approval process and will preferably come from the Oil and Gas or mining industries. Logistics experience will be looked upon favourably. With the ability to work to short timeframes and deal with a wide range of stakeholders on a daily basis, you will be confident dealing with a number of IT applications and will be results and deadline driven.
